Looks like we can add another musician to the “got a street named after me” list. Frank Zappa got a street named after him in Berlin. This street was previously named Street 13 and was located on the east side of the city in the industrial area. Amoung the residents of this street is Orwo Haus which is a film factory turned into a studio for bands and musicians to rehearse their material in.
Paul Stanley, the guitarist for the popular rock group KISS had to cancel some of his performances with the band due to some heart problems that he has been having.
The band played recently in California where he had to be rushed to the hospital after the show. While they were getting ready in a sound check, his heart beat jumped to over 190 beats per minute for over an hour.
Paul Stanley is 55 years old.
